The firm is actively involved in drafting and reviewing of various employment documentation/ Agreements and advising on a wide range of labour laws related queries, standardization of employment agreements, Bonded labour, Child labour, HR policies/ manuals including structuring of ESOPs, transfer of employees, termination, non-compete issues etc. The group predominantly represents companies and their management on employment related projects and litigation.
