Our Team has built up significant expertise in acting for distressed funds, bidders/resolution applicants, foreign and domestic lenders/Committee of Creditors and the insolvency professionals in restructurings, insolvency resolution processes and liquidations under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (“Code”).
The Firm is also working with industry participants in engaging with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India in resolving various issues faced in the implementation of the Code.
